One of our museum park attractions is the Tertitt train. The locomotive “Urskog” (Richard Hartmann, 1895) and its carriages are from the Urskog-Høland line, and have provided a summer service at the museum since 1962. Norway's shortest railway line only runs for a few hundred metres, but this brief journey will give you a genuine olden-day experience. Onboard the train you'll get to meet the ticket inspector who will check that your ticket is valid for the journey.

A return trip with the train is included in the museum admission fee.

In 2011, the Tertitt train will run from 28^th of May to 21^st of August, as well as the remaining weekends in August. The train will be in for service July 4^th and 5^th.
